The result is a patchwork of reforms. Some schools are adding required courses on food as medicine. Others are expanding electives in culinary medicine. Yet all are careful to frame these changes as grounded in peer-reviewed research, not ideology. For now, the medical establishment seems willing to meet Kennedy halfway on nutrition, but only as long as the science stays in the driver's seat.
