The Ministry of Health of Chile has officially joined the Alliance for Primary Health Care in the Americas, a collaborative effort aimed at enhancing primary healthcare services across the region. This initiative is spearheaded by prominent organizations, including the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (World Bank).
As part of this initiative, Chile will establish the Mesa Consultiva of Primary Health Care, a consultative body designed to facilitate dialogue and collaboration among various stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
